I am 18 years of age or older.
I have a valid ID with current address.
I own a home or have landlord approval.
I can provide a credible reference from my veterinarian.
I am able and willing to spend the time providing training and proper care of the pet.
All family members are in agreement about fostering a pet.
A legally binding foster contract must be signed after my application is approved.

Second Chance Farm in Granbury will provide the following:

Veterinary exam
All vaccinations
Spay or Neutering
Microchipping
Provide for medical care
Dog Food (When Possible)
